Millennium of Peace

Article by Ivo Sasek

”For a child will be born to us, a son will be given to us; and the government will rest on His shoulders; and His name will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Eternal Father, Prince (or: Cause, Ground) of Peace. There will be no end to the increase of His government or of peace …“ (Is. 9:6-7)

„… and they came to life (or also: stayed alive) and reigned with Christ for a thousand years … This is the first resurrection. Blessed and holy is the one who has a part in the first resurrection.“ (Rev. 20:4-6)

“And I will make peace your administrators (or: your guard, your authority)”. (Is. 60:17)

„Let the peace of Christ rule (or: be arbitrating, act as umpire) in your hearts, to which indeed you were called in one body.” (Col. 3:15)

For thousands of years we have known from prophecy that a “Millennium of Peace” will come. From the prayer that Jesus taught us to pray, “Your kingdom come … on earth as it is in heaven” (Matt. 6:10) we learned that this kingdom is not going to be in heaven, but on earth. Since the whole universe, according to the Holy Scriptures, is breathlessly awaiting this highly esteemed “Millennium of Peace”, then how has it happened that we Christians have made everyone believe that “going to heaven” is our highest aim?

In fact, all the heavens yearn to come down to earth!

For “Blessed and holy is the one who has a part in the first resurrection.” (Rev. 20:6)

This concept of “going to heaven” could only have happened because we have not yet seen the grandeur of our calling. As always, we don’t comprehend the ways and intentions of God. We have not understood 2 Cr. 4:17 and Rom. 8:18ff, namely, that all the sufferings of this present time are designed for one purpose: to make God’s glory flow into us.

By virtue of this glory, we will satisfy the anxious longing of the creation that it will be freed from the slavery of corruption. We have not comprehended that the redemption of our bodies is not a promise meant for heaven, but a promise meant for the earth. The resurrection is not a gift to enjoy in heaven, but it is a gift to enjoy on earth! On the whole, it hasn’t entered our minds that the focal point of every possible promise ever given is for this earth!

Now, on the grounds of 2 Pet. 3:12ff, somebody might raise the objection that the heavens will be destroyed by burning, the elements melting with intense heat and that we, according to God’s promise, should be looking for new heavens and a new earth in which righteousness dwells. However, this centuries-old error is caused by this very passage.

As I already explained in detail in my book “The Redemption of the Body,“ (not available in English at this time, n.o.t.) this statement by Peter has been misinterpreted and has caused everyone to relinquish the hope for earth. It was claimed that there was absolutely no hope for earth because God had condemned it to the judgment of fire. But we overlooked the context of verse 13: “But according to His promise we are looking for new heavens and a new earth”.

According to which promise?

There is only one promise that Peter could have referred to here. It is in Is. 65:17-18 where God says, “For, behold, I create new heavens and a new earth; and the former things shall not be remembered or come to mind. But be glad and rejoice forever in what I create.

Just read the following verses of Isaiah and you will see that God intends nothing but the restoration of the present earth into the thousand-year kingdom of peace. When talking about a re-created heaven and a re-created earth in verse 20 he says, “No longer will there (under the new heaven and on the new earth) be in it an infant who lives but a few days, or an old man who does not live out his days; for the youth will die at the age of one hundred and the one who does not reach the age of one hundred will be thought accursed.” This has to be the thousand-year kingdom, for it is immediately revealed by the following three verses, “For as the lifetime of a tree, so will be the days of My people (verse 22) … before they call, I will answer; and while they are still speaking, I will hear. The wolf and the lamb will graze together, and the lion will eat straw like the ox; and dust will be the serpent’s food. They will do no evil or harm in all My holy mountain, says the LORD.“ (verses 24-25)

Jesus taught us to pray, “On earth as it is in heaven.” When the heavenly rule, through us, establishes a foothold on earth, first of all nothing evil and no harm shall exist on His holy mountain. The “Holy Mountain” means God’s people of the covenant, over whom He reigns. “Mountain” is a symbol for those living under and carrying out a king’s reign. When Peter says that in the coming of the day of God the heavens will be destroyed by burning and the elements will melt with intense heat, he speaks about a judgment that will take place through the radiant appearance of Christ in us, in the heavenly places. For we read in Revelation 12 that the man-child who shall shepherd the nations with a rod of iron will be caught up to the throne of God and that this will initiate a war in heaven. Up to this time the dragon, the old serpent called devil and Satan still has his sphere of influence and his position in the heavens (Rev. 12:9ff). Yet because we saints have been raised with Christ and taken a seat with Him in the heavenlies, according to Eph. 2:6, the result will be the casting out of the devil and his angels from the heavenly realm as it is written, “And the great dragon was thrown down, the serpent of old who is called the devil and Satan, who deceives the whole world; he was thrown down to the earth, and his angels were thrown down with him.“ (Rev. 12:9)

Because Christ comes, gaining the ruling hand, through us who are already seated in the heavenly places, in the end, we are the reality of this fire which is in us, the overcoming saints who will set the heavens on fire. For the manifestation or radiant appearance of Christ in us causes the defeat and casting out of the devil, with his angels. Up until now, Satan was still able to darken, suppress and restrain our insight and our oneness with God. But this age is veering more and more toward its sudden end while we continually grow stronger in spirit and have the morning star rising in our hearts. Because the light in our spirit has become stronger and stronger so that we don’t have to spiritually live in the dark or be clouded over any more, the darkness is banished and we constantly and persistently have the upper hand in the spirit. So the only thing left for the devil is the lowest level of humanity that does not have the Spirit of God in themselves and do not live in heavenly places in order to rule through the Spirit over sin, death and devil.

Concerning the saints being caught up to the throne, it is written: “Now the salvation, and the power, and the kingdom of our God and the authority of His Christ (church which is His body) has come, for the accuser of our brethren has been thrown down, he who accuses them before our God day and night.“ (Rev. 12:10) But after the heavens are set on fire through our invasion of them and our exercising of judgment, and the devil having been cast down to earth, all the elements of power outside of Christ will melt with intense heat as it is written: “For this reason, rejoice, O heavens and you who dwell in them! Woe to the earth and the sea, because the devil has come down to you, having great wrath, knowing that he has only a short time. And when the dragon saw that he was thrown down to the earth, he persecuted the woman who gave birth to the male child … So the dragon was enraged … and went off to make war with the rest of her children.“ (Rev. 12:12-17)

No, neither heaven nor earth will be thrown away, but it will happen, as it has been prophesied in Isaiah 65-66. God creates new conditions in heaven and new conditions on earth. Through the manifestation, the shining appearance of Christ in us, a sweeping judgment will come about and a purification of the heavenly places and the earth as well. The fire of God’s holy presence will burn until Satan, first of all, is not only banished from heaven for thousand years but also laid under our very feet as it is written: “And he (the messenger from heaven) laid hold of the dragon, the serpent of old, who is the devil and Satan, and bound him for a thousand years; and he threw him into the abyss, and shut it and sealed it over him, so that he would not deceive the nations any longer, until the thousand years were completed.“ (Rev. 20:2-3)

The Time for Heaven on Earth Has Come!

It is not time to die and to go to heaven.
It is time to live and to bring heaven down to earth.

A thousand-year kingdom of peace is the order of the day. The beginning of the first thousand years of dominion over sin, death and devil is the order of the day. All the perfected saints that have died already are longing for the first resurrection where they, together with us who long for the simultaneous rapture, become united in Christ in order to rule for a thousand years as it is written: “with a view to an administration suitable to the fullness of the times, that is, the summing up of all things in Christ, things in the heavens and things on the earth. In Him.“ (Eph. 1:10) And this “in Him” will take place on earth and not in heaven because the first resurrection will bring down all the saints in Christ onto this earth.

But until the complete incarceration of Satan comes about, such massive judgments will shake the heavens and the earth making us feel that it is close to the end of the age. The beginning of the thousand-year kingdom is an organic, a gradual transition with no clear-cut dividing line. The thousand-year kingdom comes to this earth in a two-edged way. For one group of people it will mean anguish, death and destruction, for the others glory, resurrection and life. So as with the first resurrection not all the dead will rise (Rev. 20:5)[1], the ones left on earth will not all have received immortality through the redemption of the body in rapture. For glory, power and resurrection life will directly stand face to face with the shame and the worm-like “remaining bowed down into the dust“ as it is written about the new heaven and the new earth in Isaiah 66:23-24, “And it shall be (under the new heaven and the new earth) from new moon to new moon and from Sabbath to Sabbath, all mankind will come to bow down before Me, says the LORD. Then they will go forth and look on the corpses of the men who have transgressed against Me. For their worm will not die and their fire will not be quenched; and they will be a (vision of) abhorrence to all mankind.“

Corpses here speak of living dead persons, of members that actually belong to the whole body but still, painfully separated from it by their worm-like nature, will suffer endless agony. It will be just like this in the thousand-year kingdom! While the one group of people already possess their resurrection body and have put on immortality, others will increase in years of life like a tree (Is. 65:22). And he who does not reach the age of hundred years will be considered accursed (Is. 65:20). And again others will remain in the dust of death for a thousand years and realize that they have missed the first resurrection (Rev. 20:5). “Many of those who sleep in the dust of the ground will awake, these to everlasting life, but the others to disgrace and everlasting contempt. Those who have insight will shine brightly like the brightness of the expanse of heaven, and those who lead the many to righteousness, like the stars forever and ever.“ (Dan. 12:2-3)

The Beginning of the Kingdom of Peace

The promised kingdom of peace will not just begin after all foreign rule has been brought down and deposed as many think. The kingdom of peace is not a result from a previous battle. The coming kingdom of peace also is not a result from agreements between two or more parties where every party has to bring in a piece of suffering in tolerance. No, when the Holy Scripture talks about the kingdom of peace it means that the active peace of God becomes the all dominating element.

For peace is not the final result of debates, treaties or battles.
Peace is a living person, a universal guiding authority, an unerring almighty reign.

The peace of God is a living person who is the one who created the heavens and the earth and all of us and who is revealing Himself to all of us as indispensable as the breath in our lungs or the blood in our veins. We are able to perceive this peace as a field of power, as a divine atmosphere and follow it as a living, perceptible stream. We’re supposed to experience this peace of God as king over us, for the peace itself is king. It reveals itself to us and wants to live in us. Today people shall touch it in us, feel it, experience and get to know it through us. Therefore, the promised thousand-year kingdom of peace potentially is already present right among us since Jesus lived on earth. For Jesus told his disciples: Peace I leave with you; My peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you.“ (John 14:27)

Here he was talking about a living, dynamic and perceptible atmosphere of power and presence of Himself as we see in Matt. 10:12-13 where Jesus commanded his disciples: “As you enter the house, give it your greeting. If the house is worthy, your peace will come upon it; but if it is not worthy, your peace will return to you.“ (translated from German, n.o.t.) For mankind, peace is a desirable final goal that one tries to reach by all means. One tries to work it out or even enforce it with treaties, control systems, laws and wars. Yet Christ came and brought us peace as a prerequisite and not a final result of debates, treaties or battles. Rather he brought the presence of divine peace that can be experienced, perceived and taken. We can call it over
people, over places or houses etc. And wherever people are worthy to be wrapped in and covered by it they will be taken up by this peace of God and come to life like fish in the water.

Peace is not just a Part, Peace is the Whole

The peace, which was brought to us through Christ, is not only a small refreshment for us, but the very element for our living. The peace of God is not only what we stress in our speaking but the language itself. This peace, which Christ brings us, is our infallible guide. It is His regency in the form of His divine life, divine glory and power. His peace is His ruling instrument. His peace is our attendant, our guard and His authority over us (Is. 60:17)[2].

Therefore, the main characteristic of the promised thousand years reign of peace is not only a warless, peaceful state of the nations, but the effective peace of God, which leads both every individual human being and us, corporately united as one organism, in everything down to the smallest detail. The main characteristic of the thousand years reign of peace is the reigning peace of God, to which we human beings learn to follow intuitively as one man. The reign of peace means a rule of peace. We are led, guided and directed by the effective power of the peace of God. Whoever is led and guided by the effective peace of God experiences this peace as unimaginable glory filling, soaking and supplying everything.

Like a “Super- drug”

It is a poor comparison, but the peace of God is like the absolute drug. He fills us with such a glory that nothing on earth or in heaven can compete with it. Whoever has truly tasted God’s peace is immediately willing to exchange everything for it no matter what kind of goals or ideals have influenced or even dominated him before. Touching and being filled with the peace of God covers every selfish motive with a holy indifference. The glory of God’s peace makes everyone willingly and joyfully go in ways that are diametrically opposed to their own personal ways and purposes.

Not until eternity will people be able to move in a common way in the true peace of God because the Scripture says: All of us like sheep have gone astray, each of us has turned to his own way.” (Is. 53:6) Also Paul says, All have turned aside, together they have become useless; there is none who does good, there is not even one … Destruction and misery are in their paths, and the path of peace they have not known.” (Rom. 3:12-17) Although, potentially, every person is called under the wonderful influence of this ruling peace, not everyone receives this peace. According to Luke 2:14 it is meant only for the men with whom God is pleased, “Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace among men with whom He is pleased.”

Who are these people with whom he is pleased? They are the ones who in faith entrust themselves to His ruling peace, and who do not resist because of unbelief. God’s peace, Jesus Himself, (Eph. 2:14)[3] was nailed to the cross as the people shouted: “We do not want this man to reign over us!” (Luke 19:14) These were people with whom God was not pleased. They talked about God’s rule as if it were a human, demonic and despotic rule even though Jesus preached that He Himself is the peace (Eph. 2:17)[4]. Because the Jews expected that the Messiah would bring them a human peace and set them free from the foreign rule of the Romans, they could not recognize the Lord’s true intentions. But Jesus said: “Do not think that I came to bring peace on the earth (in terms of human thought); I did not come to bring peace, but a sword”. (Matt. 10:34) This sword consists of His truth. He Himself is the truth and the peace. He told every person the truth in love because only the truth sets us free.

Peace like a River

Just think of the Samaritan woman at Jacob’s well who was exposed openly by Jesus with all her sins and adulteries. He spoke this truth in love, intending to give her the water of life. Jesus was the fulfillment of Isaiah 66:12 where it is written: “Behold, I extend peace to her like a river.” Even though she enthusiastically invited the whole village to come to Jesus, not everybody received this river of life as she did.

Through the convicting words of Jesus, the Pharisees and the scribes felt put-down and offended. Their pride wouldn’t allow them to receive the peace that both accompanied and confirmed the words of His of truth. So they crucified Him.

Jesus brought us His divine life and His divine peace wrapped up in His divine truth. The life flowing out from Him was the light of men. Whoever went along with His word was filled with this river of life together with the glory of His peace. His reigning peace is the perfection of God in us. His divine peace is the perfected Amen in us. This Amen is spoken to the fact that we are being led where someone else wants us to go.

His peace is the power and perfected rest in us, prompting us to go in ways that are contrary to our own reasoning and opinion.

His peace is the surest way to understand the right way before rationally understanding or even being able to understand. In the kingdom of peace only those who are willing to persevere are prepared to live a power-oriented life.

Destined to Live According to Intuition

We all are destined by God to live according to intuition. The peace of God is our perfect navigation system (2 Ts. 3:16)[5]. The more difficult God’s way is, the more He fills us with His peace. Like a doctor supplying a patient with pain-relieving morphine analogous to the pain he is suffering, God surrounds us with His peace to an ever-increasing extent analogous to the hardship of the work we are to do or the way His peace prompts us to travel. Thus we see Stephen in the hour of his stoning experience such a profusion of divine peace that nothing flowed out from him but love, forgiveness and intercession for his enemies: “Then falling on his knees, he cried out with a loud voice, ‘Lord, do not hold this sin against them!’” (Acts 7:60)

Do you know this divine life according to your intuition, or are you still a person allowing yourself to be led only by your own reasoning and the letter of the Bible? People accuse me of teaching Christians emotionalism, stating that to live according to intuition is a dangerous thing. However, those who speak this way are those who never really knew the peace of God in the way that we know it. For the peace we testify about surpasses by far the natural feeling of our hearts and five senses. As it is written, “And the peace of God, which surpasses all comprehension (or: reason), will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.” (Phil. 4:7)

If I really taught others to live life according to the intuitions of our human feelings, they would indeed be led astray in every respect. However, the effective peace of God never fails. For right at the peak of our human successes He may humble us, casting us down to the dust, so that by withdrawing His peace He may be able to say something to us.

On the other hand, as He did with Stephen, He may exalt us to heaven while our own feelings are being buried in the dust of death. Oh no, God’s peace works totally independent from the world of our feeling, perceiving, comprehension and volition. It is more than superior to it. The most bitter enemies of this way of living according to intuition by the divine peace are the Biblicists who do not know the Spirit. For two thousand years, they have come along with the Bible in their hands and kept on insisting that the printed Word, and the printed Word alone, constitute the only navigating authority by which to live our lives.

Oh, you foolish ones! Oh, you blind ones! How many thousands of divisions still have to come? How many of these futile quarrels and hardly disguised spites do we Christians still allow to set us against one another before we finally give in and admit that with the Bible in our hands we have achieved nothing but internal dissension? When do we finally realize that even though Job’s friends had spoken the “pure Word of God”, they had in doing so utterly dishonored one of the most righteous men of God? Had God not already reproached these Old Testament believers for not giving heed to their intuition as imparted by His divine peace? Did not the judgment on the friends of Job consist in their very dullness to the fact that the Word of the Bible, i.e. the Word of God, spoken by them was not backed up or testified to by virtue of the life-imparting power of the divine peace? When they saw Job’s state of mind become worse and worse, should they not have taken this as the very intuition for them to follow up accordingly?

In this sense we have to state that there is indeed no bigger hindrance to the dominion of the peace of God on earth than just such condemned Biblicists. They are in no way sensitive to the working of the Spirit. When God’s peace upon them withdraws, they are not even aware of it because it had never actually rested upon them. They just live in arrogance fed by their theological knowledge and in the pride of their imaginary “knowing better!”. They remain complacent and devilishly conceited and haven’t the slightest clue about the peace of God! Yet they still appear everywhere in public spreading the rumor that we teach a dangerous way by pointing people to their intuition. When will they finally realize that the really dangerous way is to behave by the outward Word of God totally void of any trace of the Spirit rather than to act according to intuition?

One in the Bond of Peace

For over twenty years we have furnished proof of the ability to remain together with Christians who belong to their different denominations and yet walk together in the one river of life and peace. Internationally, we have achieved projects together that at times utterly exhausted us and brought us to the end of our strength. And yet, while doing so all these years, there has never been, any theological quarrel among us. Yet, he churches or denominations of which all these people are members, still engage in quarrelling with one another, contending with one another and remain in their divisive state. But we who live in full truth, loving one another are not divided by anything, because we are, according to Eph. 4:3, inseparably knit together by the working of the effective peace of God. None follows his own false peace, but rather we pursue the peace of God, which organically operates in all of us toward the same thing as it says in Col. 3:15, “Let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, to which indeed you are called in one body.”

This effective peace that is operating in us always witnesses to a testimony that is commonly shared by the whole organism.

It will never say one thing and at the same time say something completely different. The peace of God is the unerring guiding authority, and it is unerring for the simple reason that this peace is the very person of God Himself in Christ. He alone possesses omniscience, omnipresence and omnipotence.

That’s why the peace of God is always able to communicate itself concerning subjects we still do not comprehend, either in its resting or in its withdrawing in any situation. Just by His resting or withdrawing He is instructing us, if we will only remain standing quietly and ask what He wants to say to us by this. And that’s exactly how we live. Whenever His peace recedes from us, and we sense among us a certain feeling of “sinking” or “becoming dull”, we stop moving on. But in any matter where we experience a common sensation of His life and peace moving forward or rising in us, we go along with it. In a case where His peace is dropping in us, we stop going on and we all have the same sensation regardless of whether we are Pentecostals, Brethren, Baptists, Presbyterians, Episcopalians, Lutherans or whatever background we come from. Being brought into line with His peace and oriented by its power we bring every traditional division to its end, for God’s testimonies are unerring.

To Learn to Distinguish the True Peace from the False One

In order to distinguish the true spirit of peace from the false peace stemming from our human soul or even devilish forces, God has taught us the matter of evaluation or assessment. Here we are enabled to distinctly and unmistakably discern the difference concerning the various frequencies. Whoever argues against this service or distorts or defames it just condemns himself. This service was given to us––as to forerunners or pioneers––after we had for decades risked our lives for the sake of living according to the intuition of God’s peace. For we were following the rule of His peace even up to the point that we had risked losing, not only of our reputation, but also everything we owned together with our health and even our very lives (Rev. 12:10-11). Only for this reason are we authorized to hold this ministry office, to render an evaluation or assessment to the believers, for we first learned ourselves to continuously put every matter, whatever it might be, under the concerted evaluation or assessment of the commonly shared life and peace of God.

With the Bible in Hand

However, with the Bible in their hands, religion, from the beginning, persecuted restorers, ambassadors and prophets. With the Bible in their hands, they crucified Jesus Christ, the very Messiah promised in it. With the Bible in their hands, the Roman Catholic Church persecuted millions of people, torturing, drowning, robbing and burning them. With the Bible in their hands, they proclaim the arrival of the Prince of Peace, yet at the same time pave the way for the false one to come. With the Bible in their hands, thousands of different denominations, religiously motivated as ever, are going at each other hammer and tong. It is their fighting, slandering and heresies that have given free reign to the false prince of peace. It is these things that have given him the justification to present himself in the guise of a savior by way of religious alliances or an ecumenical world order. With the Bible in our hands, we have, through all times, and in broad daylight, made fools of ourselves with our childish quarrels, by which we also have opened the door wide for the false prince of peace with his scientific, psychological and philosophical outlook on life and his unification cults.

For centuries, with the Bible in our hands, and for the sake of the right theology, we have given each other a good beating, mutually dressed each other down and “gouged out one another’s eyes.” Simultaneously we gave unhindered rise to every kind of evil and unclean spirit. Today, despite having the Bible in our hands, there is excessive sexual perversion on an unprecedented scale. With the Bible in our hands, we allowed demonic laws to become effective without contradiction, and have now a porn industry with a “legal” annual turnover of 43 billion Euros. This is not even to speak of the illegal earnings that are incomparably higher in the black market with child porn, bestiality, snuff movies and other diabolic perversions that yield a far bigger profit.

The New Taboo

With the Bible in our hands, we sat back and watched how, right in front of our eyes, every taboo was broken, so that sexually, we are left just one single taboo, and this, the last taboo consists of the fact that today you are more and more prohibited from speaking about or reporting on the consequences of sexual aberrations and the consequences of excessive indulgence in them. The same applies to all areas of life. With the Bible in our hands we allowed everything that was once considered unrighteous to now to be considered righteous and everything once branded impure to now be declared pure, and that which once was right to now be counted wrong.

The Real Prince of Peace or the False One?

”For nothing is hidden, except to be revealed; nor has anything been secret, but that it would come to light”. (Mark 4:22)

As long as we do not live committed to the operations of the true Prince of Peace, the false one will inexorably come up to the throne of world domination. As a consequence, Lucifer will now increasingly force everything on us in a false justice rather than that which Jesus wanted to bring to us in true justice. This “justice” will even reach out to judge everything protected through our right to privacy.

We know that this is the case when we see that there is an increasing tendency toward total control over everything. Pretty soon there won’t be one single spot on earth that will not be controlled. The goal the false prince of peace is pursuing is first the total “RFID- chipping-up” of mankind as a foundation upon which the total exposure of mankind will be obtained. The final intention the “instead-of prince of peace” harbors is the total enslavement of mankind on the basis of the just mentioned exposures.

So, to conclude, I want you to understand this prognosis: As long as the dominion of Christ does not prevail, the false prince of peace, by virtue of all his technology, will work to achieve all the facilities which will enable him to ferret out even the deepest secrets and most intimate things of men in order to judge them. This, however, won’t take place through the love and righteousness of Jesus Christ. Rather Lucifer[6] has in mind, a mind in which there is nothing but self-will, greed for money and lust for power – So, the devil’s aim is to expose secret things in order to gain power over the people affected and to bring them into subjection.

With Jesus, however, when He brings to light our secret things, He brings with it, healing, grace and life-giving correctives as well. The false prince of peace will only be interested in extending his power. Many expect that sooner or later, from just a single drop of a man’s blood, an analysis can be carried out concerning a person’s most secret habits, inclinations, addictions and state of mind, etc. This, combined with the ever increasing speed in the development of today’s computer technology, humanity will reach, in the foreseeable future, a stage when by simply pressing a few buttons a man’s innermost secrets can be brought to the attention of the public.

Investigative Technologies

So, with the Bible in our hands, let’s just continue to go at each other with hammer and tong and not walk in the way of peace as revealed in this message. This way the wicked will be unhindered and will be able to continue to advance. Instead of our bringing them into the judgment of grace by virtue of the holy and salutary presence of God, they will haul the Christians before their merciless, humiliating and compromising courts. If the Lord still delays for a time, it will be interesting to know in the light the true reasons for all the quarrels and conflicts over the Bible.

For by then the latest technologies of the godless will savagely expose in public the very things that James (4:1- 4) considerately whispered to us: “What causes fights and quarrels among you? Don’t they come from your desires that battle within you? You want something but don’t get it … you always want to waste everything in your desires …” So, it might be quite revealing to see in cold print, which lusts and pleasures, clandestine habits and works all these quarrelling Christians have indulged in.

I feel like predicting that in a not too distant future the current development will reach the stage when even the most hidden deeds, utterances, thoughts and intentions can be exposed by sophisticated software systems. This will be the “Ishmael” anticipation of Jesus’ word: “There is nothing concealed that will not be disclosed, or hidden that will not be made known. What you have said in the dark will be heard in the daylight, and what you have whispered in the ear in the inner rooms will be proclaimed from the roofs.” (Luke 12: 2-3) Jesus did not clearly point out through whom all these things will be brought to light.

Up to now we were of the opinion that this would be brought about purely by God’s presence and God’s judgment. However, on account of the latest developments, as well as in view of God’s character, it seems to me that the traditionally assumed way of the fulfillment of this Word cannot be true. For that interpretation never corresponded to God’s character. He is always the one who considerately covered sins. Had a priest in the past brought a man’s sin into the open instead of before the throne of God, he would have been doomed to die. That’s how it was for thousands of years. Who then has such shamelessness to broadcast from the rooftops every single manifestation of sin? It is today’s satanic media. Just have a look at the rooftops, and you will see almost every one has a satellite receiver or antenna.

Media Terrorism

Going through history you will easily see that it has always been the ungodly media that, with ever-increasing shamelessness, broadcasts from the rooftops other people’s sins. Now, to make matters worse, we have today’s multi-dimensional technology that enables godless mankind increasingly to nose out even the things that should still be protected from everyone’s eyes. Because people are more and more getting addicted, without restraint, to the activities of Satan, it is bound to reach the stage when, in full accordance to his character, even our most intimate things will be hung out like dirty laundry for all the world to see.

Just imagine: If people today have the audacity to spread via internet and the mass media distortions of facts, defamations and lies of the most awful nature against righteous citizens such as we are, then with what impact will this hit us when they come with real and verifiable sins?

Choose Your Savior and King

Therefore, whoever prefers to be judged by the loving and righteous God of peace, may he go with us on the way of peace, so that Christ by virtue of His active peace working in and through and out of us can take His overall power and begin to reign. Let us grow strong in His power, be strengthened in His glory and become manifest in it, in order to enable people around us to choose the way of glory and to abandon the way of the false prince of peace. A king will always have just as much power as there are people faithful to him in his service. But as for me and my house, we will serve the almighty God of peace.
