88 other co-workers, we are always looking for and finding up-to-date ways and solutions for the most diverse needs of our infrastructure. The goal being that the power and presence of God for the currently important ministries “to the outside” might flow without hinderance. For many years, various “volunteers”, or even OCG’ers from whole regions have supported us in this work from the bottom of their hearts. Once or twice a month we organize so-called practice days, where we can work together on these tasks. Children, grandparents, teenagers and adults, laymen and specialists of all kinds work together in smaller or larger teams in the most diverse fields of work! In each case, these teams are an extreme lively “ant colony” that can move something! Such days are always accompanied by a supernatural atmosphere. This must be the kind of atmosphere that develops when people, under the influence of the power of God, show mutual respect, patience, and appreciation and learn to cooperate together. I always feel so much heart, so much practical love and devotion, so much awareness for the common whole and consideration coming from these people that I know this must be God’s nature and being, this must be HIS own personin them!! This is the reign of God on earth! It is my most fervent heart’s desire to open myself more and more deeply to this “TRUE BEING OF
