87 No Exponential Growth without a Stable Basis (by Daniela Candinas, 54 years) I have been involved in this ministry since 1991 and have witnessed how our ministry has grown relentlessly since it came into existence. This would not have been possible without an increasingly stable technical basiswork over the years. By “basis-work” I mean the entire maintenance of our properties, the maintenance and repair of the entire transport fleet for our events, the ongoing maintenance of a big kitchen, the provision of accommodation for hundreds of overnight stays at monthly or weekend events, etc. Simplifying the administration of these areas in a meaningful way, integrating brothers and sisters into these services, and optimizing it continuously, is one of my main assignments in our ministry.
