Exponential Commitment 79 (Isaiah 54:1) This is the favorite Bible passage of our front-line team of 4 single women in the ministry: Zita, Daniela, Bettina, and Ruth! This word is actually being visibly fulfilled in them, because they have far more children than married women! They raise hundreds of people in the Spirit and care for and accompany them in their spiritual growth. They have become mothers of nations! Without them, this international ministry could not have been established. Four of my brothers and sisters have already given their “yes” to a partner, two more will be doing so soon and my parents already have eight grandchildren (status 2018). As for me, I am experiencing an ever-increasing desire from year to year to serve the Lord unmarried – as our front team – and thus completely undivided. I have experienced and admired them daily in the ministry for over 15 years now. Since my childhood, they – as well as my parents – have been my greatest role models. Just as important ministries were carried out by single people in the bible, I too feel an exponentially increasing desire in this regard from year to year. Even though many marriage proposals and never-ending streams of love proposals have reached the door of my heart, the urge for undivided commitment has so far supernaturally surpassed everything else.
