As a result, we would only be allowed to use trained personnel at certain points in front of the hall to regulate traffic etc. By the way, the trained personnel would have to be licensed and approved by the canton (county) … This friend from the military turned out to have exactly the correct license and security approval – needed in Switzerland – and he had the highest awards possible in this specific area concerning security in Switzerland.
