56 the event, several 100 people start to plan the event in detail, like 1 man. Others joyfully travel from near and far, some thousands of kilometers to prepare our 5 guest houses: technical systems, kitchens, households, and hostels for 250 people and more. In the same pattern, our entire fleet of 30 vehicles (buses, vans and cars) is maintained in a swarm-like manner, cleaned, checked, repaired and loaded with over 20 tons of technical event equipment! Due to decentralization, the loads are distributed on many shoulders, because it became impossible to centrally manage, look after and carry them any longer. So, this way – decentralized – the large events are set up and dismantled! Each region together takes responsibility for one part, from A-Z: from the planning to implementing, from the loading to unloading of the technical equipment, from the set-up to the dismantling of the event, even the maintaining of more than 1,000 boxes of technical equipment is taken care of in a decentralized way. Here, commitment and accountability is being practiced in a very practical way down to the smallest screw – in cleaning, maintenance, inventory and order – otherwise these world-moving events could not take place! Within a very short time, an event for 2,000 to 3,000 participants is organized this way – and according to the feedback of our guests: “at the highest level!”
