In 2011 we modified our 70-seater Neoplan-coach into a mobile house with 18 beds, a kitchen, two showers/toilets and various technical systems to have a mobile center for international occasions. Additionally, we were able to manage installing a rainwater system for the Panorama-Center reducing our water supply costs efficiently. Not to mention all those repairing, order and basis preservation projects that have been realized with the help of this strategy during the last years. The most significant of all this, however, is to permanently experience many, many quarrelled families being transformed into true power teams in those TC's. People tormented by depression turn into cheerful leaders, welfare beneficiaries with addiction problems are being integrated again into working life as highly motivated skilled workers. And the best: Bored young people start to build their network! Instead of boozing and having parties, they turn into charismatic project leaders, spending their nights with telephone and video conferences, preparing the next projects with their best friends. They have their “high” not in the football stadium but at the building site when again many people have been helped and ambitious goals have been reached. Hallelujah! This is the new world!
