formation in people within a three-days evaluation, which in the past took one year. Furthermore, it has always been part of our strategy to put the things we have learned into practice right after the lessons. That means to lend a hand in a joint project, either in film production, at the building site, in the kitchen, in the household etc. So we started to comprise the former working and project weeks into single days of practice: The TC's (“Training Camps”) were born! Thereby, it became possible to realize big projects between intensive training blocks – and all this every time in just one day! What had been unimaginable at first now became reality: Progressively, we succeeded to work together with at times far more than 100 participants on site, like one big colony of ants.
